About Indo Texnology

We build the machines that take manual handling out of the mill

Indo Texnology Private Limited is a Coimbatore-based engineering company specialising in automation and inspection systems for textile manufacturing.

We design, manufacture and commission complete material-handling and quality-inspection lines for spinning mills: bobbin transport between roving and ring frames, cone transport from winding to packing, AI-based cone inspection, automatic weighing and packing, and automated storage.

Everything is conceived, engineered and built in-house. The mechanical structures, PLC and control architecture, computer-vision models and mill-IT integration all come from one accountable source, and one team stands behind the installed system for its working life.

What we bring to a project

Why mills choose Indo Texnology

  • Whole-line thinking

We scope the complete process, not a single machine, so transport, inspection, weighing and packing arrive as one system.

  • In-house manufacturing

Fabrication, assembly, controls and software are produced at our own facility in Coimbatore under one quality regime.

  • Computer vision and AI

Vision-based inspection built and trained by our own engineering team, integrated directly into the handling line.

  • Retrofit first

Systems are engineered around your existing frames, winders and floor plan, and phased so production keeps running.

Delivering innovation

Our DNA

We look for problems which do not have solutions yet. We conceive the cost-effective solution, evaluate it, and then commercialise it. Products we have introduced to the market include automatic waste baling, automatic cone packing with inspection, and bobbin sorting.

  1. Listening to the customer

We pay attention to our customers and work out their real pain points and concerns.

  2. Identifying the problem

We find and understand problems that have no answer yet, and decide what can be done.

  3. Conceptualising the solution

Once the scope is clear, we design a cost-effective solution that meets every requirement of the user.

  4. Implementation

We build it, run it in a working mill and check it performs as intended before we sell it.

  5. Enlarging the scope

We keep going after the first fix, extending the solution to meet future demands and challenges.
