Why Auto Cone-Pack
Stops weight in excess of the mill's standard going into each box or bag.
Eliminates errors from cone and yarn mix-ups.
Stops defective cones using UV inspection.
End of shift and end of day data, ready for your ERP.
Every bag and box packed the same way, every shift.
Packing no longer depends on finding labour in peak season.
How it works
Cones are weighed in sets for each bag or box, with smart weight control assistance and net and gross weight logging.
Cones are tilted to the right orientation to fit into bags.
Cones are wrapped and sealed for consistent quality.
Cones are placed in layers according to the configuration chosen.
Boxes are taped, strapped and gross-weighed.
A barcode label is printed with the packing information. Shift and day data is consolidated and sent to the mill ERP.

Client experience

Thanks to this system, the packing process has become notably easier. Previously, labour procurement was a challenging task, but now it has been streamlined. The quality of packing has significantly improved, leading to zero customer complaints. Each machine contributes to a significant saving.

When we planned for an automated packing system, we evaluated several options and finally chose the ACP from Indo Texnology, considering the investment and the return on it. The first one was installed in June 2018. Now we are equipped with three ACP systems to cover the packing of all our four units. They supported us promptly, and now our engineers have become quite adept at handling it all by themselves.

We have installed 3 ACP systems with flexible semi-automatic configurations to pack in boxes as well as bags. The first system was installed in 2016 and has been running smoothly, with hardly any service requirement.

At our new plant, Ashok Fine, we have installed the Auto Cone-Pack and BALEXpress fully automatic baling system. We have also installed Spinnov and Sortlink in our older plant. We started with one packing system and added two more, covering 100% of our packing for ring spun and OE yarns into both bags and boxes.

The Auto Cone Pack system has been installed in our unit and we have been able to reduce our manpower requirement and achieve uniformity and control in our packing. Indo Texnology has been giving good service and support.

With Indo Texnology's automatic systems, Lucky Yarntex achieved enhanced yarn quality, reduced costs and streamlined operations.

Sudiva Spinners increased packing to 36 tonnes a day with just a few operators and achieved high-quality packing with zero defects using Auto Cone-Pack and CONE-i. ERP/MIS integration keeps packing consistent.

GHCL's Shree Meenakshi Mills packs 20,000 kilos of yarn a day with just one operator per shift, thanks to the Auto Cone-Pack system.
