Auto Cone-Pack
Automatic packing of yarn cones into bags or cartons, with weight control and ERP reports.
View Auto Cone-PackCTS picks up finished cones from autowinders, rotor spinning and airjet/vortex machines, carries them to the packing area and sorts them article-wise into pallets or trolley bins. No human touch from winding to packing.
Running at Suryalata Spinning Mills as part of a fully automated packing line.

Why CTS
Picks up finished cones from each machine and moves them to the packing area.
Sorts cones into pallets or trolley bins by article, so different counts never mix.
Doffed cones are removed promptly, so winding never waits.
No manual handling means less dirt and damage on the package.
Removes the manual carrying and sorting jobs between winding and packing.
Integrates with your existing machines and feeds Auto Cone-Pack directly.
How it works
Cones are collected from autowinder, airjet/vortex or rotor spinning machines.
Cones travel from the winding section to the packing area.
Computer vision checks each cone so defective cones are not packed.
Cones and cheeses of different articles are sorted onto pallets or into trolley bins.
Finished pallets move on for yarn conditioning and packing; empty pallets are loaded back.
Cones are fed automatically from finished pallets into the packing system.
